We are happy to offer an exchange on items that have been damaged during transit or sent in error.
We will offer a refund on items that you may have ordered in error or changed your mind. The goods must be unopened, unused and available for resale. Although we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind under the 'Sales of Goods Law'. Please email email@example.com to let us know why you would like a refund on your goods. We cannot accept returns on our sample products, or products that have been purchased on sale.
Please allow 30 working days for your money to be refunded.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email email@example.com within 2 hours of placing the order. If your order has already been dispatched before you decided to cancel, you will have to return the item at your own expense. We will issue a refund within 30 working days on receipt of the goods being returned to us unopened, unused and available for resale.
