Step 1:  Create a thick or thin line across the upper lash line and extend outwards making it thicker at the outer corner 

Step 2: Apply along the lower lash line to frame the eyes 

Step 3: Use in the upper and lower waterlines for added definition 

Step 4: Using our smudge brush, smudge the eyeliner on the lash lines for a more smoky dramatic effect
